Shipping & Returns
Returns are accepted for store credit/exchange. Returns must be postmarked for return within 10 days of delivery and must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. All items must be returned unused with original tags attached and/or original product packaging. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of The Pixie Trunk. All underwear, socks, tights, hair accessories, bedding, stuffed toys and dishware are final sale. All sale items or items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and may not be returned.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of return address. Once we've received and processed the returned item, you will be notified by email.
Due to length of time required to ship internationally, all international sales are final. No returns will be accepted for international purchases.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International shipping is charged a flat rate. Please note, addtional shipping charges may be required for International shipment depending upon the weight of your order (i.e. heavy weight items, like wooden toys). If additional shipment fees are required, we will contact you by email.
All orders placed will be processed within 3 business days, and will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding U.S. Federal holidays) before 12 noon EST, are often processed and shipped the same day.
The Pixie Trunk offers two shipping options with in the USA: First Class and Priority Mail, in order to accommodate those who would like their orders to arrive as quickly as possible and those who are looking for the most economical way to receive their purchases. All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier. For domestic delivery, once items in an order have been scanned and delivered by the courier or mail carrier, The Pixie Trunk will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsilbiity and property of the customer. Please note, we are not responsible for the delivery of International packages after they have left our possession. The Pixie Trunk is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These Terms of Sale will govern our sale of products to you, and by placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale with regard to that order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and once accepted, an order cannot be cancelled or modified. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
